This is the sequel to Rapunzel’s Revenge, which I asked for for my birthday. At least I think it was my birthday. It was pretty good, but I liked the first book better.
So Jack is going back to his hometown to see his mom with Rapunzel. He accidentally destroyed his mom’s house (AND HER BAKERY!!) with a beanstalk, so he’s on shaky ground with her.
When they get there, there are giant ants attacking the city. When Jack sees an “ant person” helping up a police man in the midst of the commotion, he begins to suspect the ant people attacks are staged.
The graphics were actually, in my opinion, better and more detailed than Rapunzel’s Revenge, but the plot was less exciting to me. But is was still pretty good. At least, good enough that I would recommend this book to other people.
So overall, I would give this book a 4 out of 5 star rating and recommend it to the same age range as Rapunzel’s revenge.
